Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Sr Director of Software Business Transformation to lead and optimize the Accelerator operating system for the Software Business Model, translating strategy into transformation initiatives and driving commercial and operational excellence. You will report to the VP Accelerator and work from Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA on a hybrid schedule.

• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in a global, matrixed organization.
• Experience in Software business model.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize the Software Accelerator Global Design Model (GDM) and standard processes.
• Ensure compliance to GDM with Controllership and Audit.
• Drive transformation across commercial initiatives, PM, software engineering, R&D, S4 Hana, and customer success.
• Develop and implement strategies aligned with business objectives for sustainable growth.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to software business teams.
• Collaborate across functions to drive Honeywell Accelerator objectives.
