Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management or related roles.
• Senior guiding role in program management, strategic planning and/or change management.
• Strong guiding and team management skills, ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to navigate multiple, competing priorities.
• Proficient in program management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic programs from initiation to closure.
