Job summary

Cloud Software Group seeks an Account Technology Strategist Senior Director to lead an ATS team across a territory, guiding the end-to-end customer journey with a focus on strategic technical engagement for business and IT decision makers.

You will align go-to-market strategy with resources to support annual sales plans, drive customer health, modernization, adoption, and retention, and ensure sustainable ARR growth in the region. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of Sales Engineering Management or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing presales teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Willingness and ability to travel within territory (~50%).
• Certifications in Citrix/Cloud platforms are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the ATS team within a designated territory.
• Coach team members to architect, design, and deploy secure enterprise solutions.
• Build strategic partnerships with customers and technical stakeholders.
• Provide technical thought leadership on CSG products and industry trends.
• Drive technical sales plays and align with sales for ARR growth.
