Job summary

Cloud Software Group is seeking a Senior Account Technology Strategist to drive strategic technical engagements with senior customer leaders in the Financial & Insurance vertical. You will own end-to-end customer journeys, develop technology roadmaps, and articulate value propositions to increase adoption and revenue.

You will mentor ATS teammates, collaborate with sales, product, and engineering, and present at executive levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of technical customer service or high-tech sales experience with adoption of technology.
• Ability to travel.
