The role reports to executive leadership and leads senior technical advisors to ensure technology investments align with core platforms and standards, reducing silos across the organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology leadership, enterprise architecture, or large-scale program leadership.
• Experience aligning business objectives with enterprise platforms and governance frameworks.
• Strong executive presence advising VP, SVP, and C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technology partner to business leaders, translating business strategy into scalable technology direction.
• Drive alignment of divisional programs and investments with enterprise platforms, architecture standards, and digital roadmaps.
• Lead and develop a team of senior technical leaders and architecture specialists.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to evaluate priorities, tradeoffs, risks, and technology investments.
• Chair or actively participate in Architecture Review Boards (ARB) and enterprise governance forums.
• Establish and enforce technology standards related to architecture, security, integration, cloud, AI, and operational excellence.
