• >Proven architecture and delivery of ERP solutions for global business
• >Strong communication and collaboration across diverse teams

Responsabilidades

• Execute the company's ERP strategy and system integration
• Lead and oversee ERP implementation projects within scope, budget, and timeline
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize business processes and system performance
• Provide guidance on middleware, integrations, and API strategies
• Ensure data security, compliance, and governance in system operations
• Lead data modeling, warehousing, and analytics for reporting and forecasting
• Build and grow a high-performing IT team with strong collaboration with business units
• Set performance objectives and coach teams for growth
• Ensure IT policies are followed across the organization
