Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Director of Enterprise Applications & Data Strategy to lead ERP applications, data strategy, integrations, and cybersecurity initiatives. You will partner with executives to align technology with business goals and drive a future-focused data program in a high-visibility role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership in enterprise applications or ERP environments.
• Experience leading ERP support, migrations, and optimization initiatives.
• Proven ability to transform complex operational data into actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of modern data architecture including data lakes and warehousing.
• Ability to bridge business and technology discussions and communicate with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 technology professionals, including ERP resources and a delivery leader.
• Provide strategic oversight of ERP applications, migrations, enhancements, and long-term roadmap.
• Partner with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
• Collaborate with the CISO to establish and execute the cybersecurity roadmap and manage vendor relationships.
• Develop and execute an enterprise data strategy focused on governance, accessibility, quality, and business value.
• Lead initiatives related to data warehousing, data lakes, and modern data architecture.
• Drive adoption of Medallion Architecture concepts and data-to-insight transformation.
• Oversee enterprise integrations across ERP, Salesforce, MuleSoft, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Support AI enablement by connecting enterprise applications and data with AI technologies.
• Define operational metrics, reporting standards, and data definitions; communicate updates to stakeholders.
