Job summary

DwyerOmega is seeking a Sr. Director, Enterprise Technology to lead the IT team responsible for ERP, data and analytics across the organization. You will provide strategic direction for ERP initiatives and data platforms, driving value for operations.

The role requires building high-performing teams, managing projects to scope, budget, and schedule, and ensuring security and compliance while collaborating with finance, manufacturing, and other business units.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of Enterprise Information Technology experience with a focus on ERP systems, data and reporting, and project management.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Syteline, Oracle EBS, Salesforce.com, MS Dynamics, etc.
• Experience in implementing and managing data warehouses, data integrations, and related capabilities for advanced reporting and forecasting.
• Experience with middleware tools such as Boomi for ERP and business application integrations is highly desirable.
• Expertise in various software delivery models – waterfall, hybrid, agile.
• Proven expertise in scoping, architecting, and implementing ERP solutions to meet complex global business requirements.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration across diverse teams, customers, vendors, and third parties.

Responsibilities

• Execute the company's business application and ERP strategy, including system selection, implementation, and integration with other business systems.
• Lead and oversee implementation projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify business needs, process improvements, and system enhancements to optimize system performance.
• Provide guidance and support to the team in managing business applications, including middleware and integrations.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, data security, and compliance standards in system operations.
• Lead, manage and coordinate activities surrounding data modeling, data warehousing, data integrations, and analytics for transactional activities, operational and financial reporting.
• Build and lead a high-performing team that collaborates effectively both within the IT department and with business stakeholders.
• Set clear performance objectives, monitor employee performance, and provide coaching to foster individual and team growth.
