Qualifications

• 12+ years in corporate strategy or related fields with enterprise-scale experience.
• Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, HCM, or workforce management.
• MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.
• Proven ability to advise C-suite on complex decisions.
• Strong ownership and problem-solving across unstructured problems.

Responsibilities

• Shape UKG's enterprise strategy and multi-year plan.
• Advise executives with structured problem solving and independent perspective.
• Lead cross-functional strategy engagements across markets and product strategy.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to accelerate growth and margins.
• Develop analytical approaches including market sizing and business cases.
• Build coalitions across functions to move from recommendation to execution.
• Create executive-ready narratives and presentations.
• Represent Corporate Strategy in external industry and partner forums.
