Job summary

UKG seeks a Senior Director, Corporate Strategy to lead high-impact, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. You will partner with the CSO and executives to frame complex questions, deliver actionable recommendations, and drive activation across a $5B+ global business.

You will shape the strategic agenda, sponsor cross-functional engagements, and mentor strategy talent while advancing enterprise outcomes over individual credit.

Qualifications

• Over 12+ years in corporate strategy, management consulting, or related leadership roles.
• Experience advising C-suite and senior executives on complex decisions.
• MBA or graduate degree preferred; enterprise software/SaaS exposure a plus.
• Strong business judgment, market insights, and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Shape UKG's enterprise strategy and multi-year priorities.
• Advise the Executive Committee with structured problem solving and recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional strategy engagements across markets, products, and operating models.
• Identify and activate growth opportunities to improve margins and enterprise value.
• Set analytics approach for complex strategic questions and build decision frameworks.
• Build coalitions across functions to move from recommendation to execution.
• Create executive-ready narratives and materials for board and leadership discussions.
• Represent Corporate Strategy in external forums to strengthen UKG's strategic network.
