Qualifications

• Ownership of major strategy engagements from problem definition to activation.
• Strong executive communication and storytelling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise strategy and multi-year agenda, translating insights into clear choices.
• Advise the Executive Committee with structured problem solving and independent recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional strategy engagements across market entry, product strategy, and operating model.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate growth, improve margins, and enterprise value.
• Set analytical approach for complex questions, including market sizing and business cases.
• Build coalitions to move recommendations to decision and execution.
• Distill issues into board-ready materials and executive communications.
• Represent Corporate Strategy in industry and market forums.
• Lead, coach, and develop strategy talent and foster an inclusive team environment.
