Job summary

Cohere Health is seeking a Senior Director, Solution Owner to lead end-to-end success for our largest customer implementations, owning business, clinical, and technical outcomes.

You will partner with Solution Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, Platform Configuration, QA, and Technical Program Managers to set the standard for solution ownership, while acting as a credible executive-level counterpart to client leadership.

Qualifications

• Executive presence and credibility to operate with client C-suite
• Proven track record in multi-year enterprise healthcare deployments
• Strong program leadership for enterprise-scale platform deployments
• Experience delivering large-scope healthcare products and platforms
• Ability to balance business case with technical delivery

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end success for Cohere's largest and most complex customer implementations
• Apply strategic program leadership to multi-year, multi-workstream deployments
• Drive a team of SMEs toward on-time deployments with strong governance
• Serve as escalation point and executive-level counterpart to client leadership
• Set the standard for solution ownership across accounts and teams
• Make calls on scope, timeline, and resourcing with visibility into business risk
