Courier Health, Inc. is seeking a Director of Client Solutions to own a portfolio of flagship accounts and serve as the senior strategic partner for our most important enterprise clients.

You will lead a high-performing Engagement Managers and Client Solution Associates team, guiding them to deliver superior patient support programs. You will shape long-term account health, pursue expansion with our commercial teams, and build scalable processes that drive consistent, high-impact outcomes for

Qualifications

• 10 to 12+ years of experience in SaaS delivery, customer success, account management, or strategic consulting.
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-workstream engagements for enterprise clients.
• Experience owning portfolio-level outcomes: retention, renewal, and expansion targets across a book of business.
• A people leader at heart with experience growing team members into bigger roles.
• Strong executive presence and ability to advise C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own a dedicated portfolio of flagship accounts and serve as senior partner for clients.
• Build and grow a high-performing Client Solutions team.
• Manage long-term health of a book of business and surface expansion opportunities.
• Define repeatable frameworks and processes to scale client delivery.
• Collaborate across Sales to Product to Engineering to ensure client needs are met.
