Job summary

Madison-Davis, LLC invites an experienced Enterprise Risk Leader to own the ERM framework and governance for a well-established financial services organization. You will report to the Chief Risk Officer, drive risk appetite development, and serve as a key advisor on emerging risks and regulatory developments.

You will lead a high-performing ERM team, collaborate across functions, and shape risk management strategy and culture at the enterprise level.

Qualifications

• Senior risk leadership experience in financial services (7+ years)
• Deep regulatory knowledge and strong analytical judgment
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and govern enterprise risk
• Experience building and mentoring high-performing ERM teams

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the ERM framework, policies, and procedures across risk categories
• Advise CRO on emerging risks, regulatory changes, and mitigation strategies
• Lead risk assessments, scenario analyses, and reporting to senior leadership
• Represent risk governance in committees and cross-functional groups
• Drive risk culture and training programs to elevate risk awareness across the organization
• Mentor and develop ERM staff, including analytics leads, to ensure high performance
