The role emphasizes hands-on ERM execution, risk appetite development, RCSA design, KRI monitoring, and issue management, alongside strengthening risk reporting workflows and maturity of the enterprise

Responsibilities

• Play an integral role in the ongoing design, development, implementation, and execution of the Company’s enterprise risk management frameworks
• Effectively identify, assess, monitor, and manage enterprise-wide risks across business units
• Support the continued evolution of the Company’s risk appetite statements, tolerances, and supporting frameworks; promote clear risk ownership and accountability across the organization
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and implement enhanced RCSA, issue management, and risk reporting workflows as part of broader Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) enhancement efforts
• Monitor and analyze risks across business units; support reporting to internal and external risk committees, supervisors, and other key stakeholders in a clear and timely manner
• Develop, maintain, and enhance risk management policies, procedures, standards, and other supporting documentation; ensure frameworks remain current and reflect evolving regulatory expectations and organizational risk profiles
• Effectively manage across tactical and strategic deliverables simultaneously; build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Learn new technologies and identify process improvements and efficiencies across the ERM function; develop a high-level understanding of existing and emerging technologies and their associated risks

ABOUT THE ROLE

This Manager-level opportunity sits within the Enterprise Risk Management function of a well-established financial market infrastructure organization, offering a key execution and enhancement role within the Company s ERM Framework. The position combines hands-on risk management responsibilities risk appetite development, RCSA design, KRI monitoring, control testing, and issue management with a broader mandate to strengthen ERM frameworks, improve risk reporting workflows, and support the ongoing maturity of the enterprise risk program.

Partnering across business units and reporting to internal and external risk committees, this is an ideal fit for a risk management professional with 5+ years of ERM or operational risk experience in financial services who combines strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, a collaborative work ethic, and genuine enthusiasm for identifying process improvements and emerging technology risks.
