• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management or related field; Master’s preferred.

• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, liability management and insurance principles.
• Proven leadership with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

• Develop, implement, and oversee enterprise risk management (ERM) frameworks and policies.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, legal, and compliance risks.
