Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• NM RN license is required.
• Minimum of 5 years nursing experience with at least 3 years in a director or manager role.
• Demonstrated experience in risk management within a healthcare setting.
• CPHRM certification is a plus, required within three years of employment.

Aufgaben

• Lead the risk management program, focusing on identification, avoidance and mitigation.
• Collaborate with leadership and staff to implement risk management solutions.
• Manage investigations and other litigation-related activities.
• Provide training on risk management and incident reporting.
• Consult on informed consent, documentation, and disclosure practices.
• Oversee professional/general liability and property insurance.
• Serve as the facility’s Compliance and Ethics Officer.
