Medica is seeking a Senior Director Enterprise Readiness to lead the readiness program across the organization, aligning people, processes, training, policy, and operations for large-scale transformation initiatives. The role partners with executives and business owners to embed readiness in delivery and ensure measurable outcomes.

The position requires 10+ years in healthcare or related fields and 5+ years of people management, with proven experience as a Readiness Owner or Senior Readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare, business operations, consulting, or transformation delivery.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Demonstrated experience serving as a Readiness Owner or Senior Readiness Leader in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Evolve the Readiness operating model across Medica and governance structures.
• Drive enterprise readiness planning and execution for new platforms or strategic initiatives.
• Lead executive-level communications and cross-functional alignment on readiness outcomes.
• Manage ongoing budget for the Readiness team and staffing strategy.
