Job summary

Medica in Wisconsin seeks a Senior Director of Enterprise Readiness to lead readiness strategy, governance, and capability maturity across functional areas. You will partner with executive leaders to embed readiness in delivery and ensure outcomes are realized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare, business operations, consulting, or transformation delivery.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Demonstrated experience serving as a Readiness Owner or Senior Readiness Leader in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Evolve and mature the Readiness operating model across Medica.
• Drive enterprise readiness planning and execution for platforms, products, or priorities.
• Lead executive-level communications and cross-functional alignment.
• Manage ongoing budget and build a Readiness Center of Excellence.
