Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a major workstream within a large enterprise-wide transformation. You will report to the Sr.

Director/Program Lead and drive planning, coordination, execution oversight, and delivery tracking with business, IT, and external partners to ensure timely, high-quality results. You will manage risks, dependencies, and governance, partner across functions, and ensure readiness and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience leading a major workstream within a large enterprise-wide transformation.
• Strong experience in integrated planning, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience working across business and technology teams in a matrixed environment.
• Deep expertise in large scale Program budget management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complexity, drive execution, and influence without direct authority.
• Strong written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead an assigned workstream within a broad enterprise-wide transformation program.
• Own day-to-day planning, coordination, execution oversight, and delivery tracking for the workstream.
• Ensure workstream objectives, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies are clearly defined and managed.
• Drive accountability across team members and stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
• Develop and maintain detailed workstream plans, timelines, milestones, and action logs.
• Coordinate activities across business, IT, functional teams, and external partners.
• Monitor progress and identify risks, issues, and delivery gaps; resolve blockers.
• Escalate critical risks and decisions with recommended actions.
• Prepare regular status updates and support governance forums with accurate reporting.
