Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Process Redesign Lead to define and govern future-state processes across USPAH’s digital transformation initiatives. You will partner with leaders to translate strategy into executable designs, ensuring documentation, validation, and deployment readiness.

You will lead workshops, establish design standards, and ensure scalability. Travel may be required to support workshops and readiness activities in a dynamic, 3–5 year transformation program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–12 years in business process design or enterprise change initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional process redesign at enterprise scale.
• Strong ability to collaborate with senior leaders and drive alignment.
