Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Senior Director, Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) to lead portfolio governance, demand management, and delivery oversight for strategic technology and digital transformation initiatives. This role reports to the Chief Information & Digital Officer and is based locally to one of our hubs (Chaska, MN; Bedford, MA; or Aurora, IL).

You will partner with executives to ensure investments align with priorities, are funded and resourced, and delivered with transparency

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading an Enterprise PMO within a complex global organization.
• Extensive experience managing strategic technology portfolios and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Strong business and financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning.
• Demonstrated certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PfMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO), establishing portfolio management, governance, and delivery practices.
• Oversee enterprise portfolio governance, prioritization, funding, and investment decision-making to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Own the end-to-end portfolio lifecycle from intake and business case development through execution and value realization.
• Provide executive leadership with a consolidated view of portfolio performance, investment health, risks, and realized business value.

Education

Master's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
