Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Enterprise Portfolio Management Office to lead governance, demand management, and delivery oversight for strategic technology and digital initiatives.

The role partners with business and technology leaders to align investments with priorities, secure funding, and enable predictable value realization across the portfolio. Based in hubs such as Bedford, MA.

Competenze

• Experience leading an Enterprise PMO in a complex global organization.
• Experience managing strategic technology portfolios and governance processes.
• Strong demand management, prioritization, resource planning, and value realization.
• Deep understanding of Agile, program, project, and product delivery methods.
• Proven ability to influence executive decisions and build cross-functional partnerships.
• Solid business and financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting.

Mansioni

• Lead the Enterprise PMO, establishing governance and delivery practices for strategic initiatives.
• Oversee portfolio governance, prioritization, funding, and investment decision-making.
• Advise executives on strategy, risks, and tradeoffs.
• Own the end-to-end portfolio lifecycle from intake to value realization.
• Develop portfolio metrics and reporting for visibility into demand and delivery.
