Job summary

Lifelong Learning Administration Corporation in Lancaster, CA is seeking a Director, Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) to transform project delivery into a coordinated enterprise capability. You will establish and lead the EPMO, setting governance, standards, reporting, and portfolio management practices.

The role provides visibility into initiatives, aligns resources with priorities, and reports to the CIO or designee.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, Public Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field, or 2 years of applicable experience.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience managing enterprise-level projects, programs, portfolios, or PMO functions.
• Five (5) years of leadership or supervisory experience overseeing project management professionals or cross-functional project teams.
• PM/ PgMP / PfMP / PMP or equivalent professional certification.
• Demonstrated experience implementing project governance, portfolio management, and executive reporting processes.
• Experience traveling in performance of job duties.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), creating consistent processes and standards for managing projects and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with executive leadership to evaluate, prioritize, and oversee projects, ensuring resources are focused on high-value initiatives.
• Develop and administer enterprise project intake and demand management processes; maintain a portfolio inventory of initiatives.
• Ensure technology and business initiatives align with goals and capacity.
• Provide portfolio insights, governance, and recommendations to improve decision-making and execution.
• Monitor portfolio performance and maximize organizational value.
