Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading an Enterprise PMO or similar function in a complex global organisation.
• Experience managing strategic technology portfolios and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in demand management, prioritisation, and investment management.
• Understanding of portfolio, programme, project, Agile and product delivery methodologies.
• Ability to influence executive decision‑making and form partnerships across business/tech.
• Strong business and financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting.
• Proven track record of organisational change and improving operating models.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytics and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) and establish governance and delivery practices.
• Own the demand management process from intake to value realization with metrics.
• Lead capacity planning and resource forecasting to balance demand and funding.
• Provide executive oversight for large‑scale technology and business transformations.
• Deliver consolidated executive reporting on portfolio performance and value realization.
• Develop and mentor a high‑performing PMO team and foster accountability and innovation.
