Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Senior Director, Enterprise Learning & Talent Management to own and evolve an integrated talent ecosystem. You will connect learning, leadership development, career pathways, performance, succession, and internal mobility into one cohesive system under McKinstry University.

You will turn talent data into strategic decisions, lead a senior team, and shape an enterprise capability that scales across a $3–5B environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in talent development and HR.
• Experience leading large teams in a $3–5B matrixed enterprise.
• Deep expertise in succession, performance management, and leadership development.
• Ability to design scalable governance and measurement frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Set the integrated strategy across enterprise learning, leadership development, performance, succession readiness, talent review, skills visibility, career pathways, and internal mobility.
• Position McKU as the premier vehicle for role-based development and career progression by linking learning paths to job architecture and skills expectations.
• Oversee leadership development, coaching, 360s, mentorship, and intact-team learning to build leaders for future needs.
• Shift succession planning toward readiness by integrating performance reviews, critical role identification, and talent risk visibility.
• Build and lead a high-performing Enterprise Learning & Talent Management team with clear ownership and scalable rhythms.
