You’ll drive governance, leadership development, and succession readiness in a complex matrixed enterprise, shaping the future workforce.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in talent development, learning or related work.
• Proven track record leading large teams and managing an enterprise portfolio.
• Deep expertise in succession readiness, talent reviews and leadership development.
• Experience building learning governance, standards and scalable delivery models.
• Ability to connect job architecture, skills, learning paths and mobility to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise Strategy & Portfolio Integration: set the integrated strategy across learning and talent domains and govern the enterprise capability.
• McKU Development Pathways & Career Progression: make McKU a premier vehicle for role-based development and internal mobility.
• Leadership & Manager Development: oversee leadership ecosystems including coaching, 360s and mentorship.
• Leadership Continuity & Talent Readiness: shift to readiness with performance management and talent reviews.
• Team Leadership & Operating Rhythm: lead a high-performing ELTM team and scalable rhythms.
