Job summary

Mars is seeking a Sr Director, Enterprise Growth Partnership Strategy & Enablement to orchestrate the Enterprise Growth Partnership strategy across the Mars Marketing Leadership Council. You will shape enablement and digitalization of initiatives with cross‑functional teams and partners.

You will drive the evolution from traditional Joint Business Partnerships to a One Mars Planning model, define value pools and roadmaps, and ensure AI-enabled marketing initiatives are scalable, governed, and

Qualifications

10+ years of digital marketing, media partnerships, marketing transformation, and AI-enabled marketing capabilities.
Experience leading complex projects across large, matrixed organizations with cross-functional stakeholders.
Proven ability to translate between business and technical teams and manage partnerships.

Responsibilities

Lead and orchestrate the Joint Business Partnerships program for Mars Inc across brands, segments, agencies, platforms and partners.
Design and drive Top to Top relationships with major JBP partners (e.g. Google, Amazon, Disney).
Evolve from traditional JBP to One Mars Planning model with governance, value creation plans and investment alignment.
Serve as central connector across segments and capabilities to align priorities and maintain momentum.
Own Growth Marketing AI agenda and adoption model across enterprise, ensuring scalable and responsible governance.
