Job summary

Mars, Inc. is searching for a Sr Director, Enterprise Growth Partnership Strategy & Enablement to orchestrate the Enterprise Growth Partnership strategy for the Mars Marketing Leadership Council (MMLC) and accelerate enablement and digitalization across the Enterprise.

The role shapes the One Mars Planning model, aligning with segments, agencies, platforms, and AI-enabled marketing capabilities. In this central position, you will define value pools, roadmaps, and adoption models in partnership

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in Digital Marketing, Media, Strategic Partnerships, Marketing Transformation, and emerging AI-enabled marketing capabilities.
• Strategic Project Management in complex, matrixed organizations with cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and orchestrate the Joint Business Partnerships program for Mars Inc enterprise across brands, segments, agencies, platforms, and partners.
• Design and drive top-to-top relationships between MMLC and Enterprise Growth JBP partners (e.g., Google, Amazon, Disney).
• Evolve from traditional JBP approaches to a unified One Mars Planning model with aligned priorities, capabilities, governance, and value creation plans.
• Serve as central connector across segments, capabilities, Commercial, Procurement, Digital Technologies, and partners to maintain momentum.
