Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise FP&A leadership and governance for Johnson Outdoors.
• Direct annual operating plan, forecasts, long-range planning, and executive reviews.
• Lead financial analyses, scenario planning, and strategic modeling for major decisions.
• Oversee capital allocation analyses, investment evaluations, and business cases.
• Champion automation, analytics, and AI-enabled decision support across FP&A.
