Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in expense management/FP&A or related finance roles.
• Experience leading people, projects, or cross-functional financial processes.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting skills.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial controls.

Responsabilités

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and workforce planning.
• Develop driver-based forecasts linked to volumes and initiatives.
• Oversee consolidated expense and staffing forecasts including salaries and benefits.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and communicate variances to leadership.
• Provide objective analysis and clear financial recommendations to executives.
• Lead business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and post-implementation reviews.
