Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Senior Director of EHS to shape and drive a robust EHS strategy across our manufacturing footprint. You will collaborate with senior leaders, site teams, and external stakeholders to foster a proactive safety culture, reduce risk, and support sustainability.

You will oversee OSHA/EPA compliance, lead investigations, mentor EHS talent, and champion data-driven continuous improvement across all facilities while aligning with business goals and corporate values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• OSHA 30 certification required; additional certifications a plus.
• Progressive EHS leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the company-wide EHS strategy aligned with goals and regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic guidance to site-level EHS teams and drive continuous improvement across locations.
