Menasha Packaging Corp seeks a Senior Director of EHS to shape and drive enterprise-wide safety, health, and environmental strategies across manufacturing facilities. You will align EHS programs with business goals, regulatory requirements, and company values while partnering with senior leadership and site teams.

The role emphasizes proactive risk reduction, sustainability initiatives, and developing a high-performing EHS team. Travel to sites is expected as part of the leadership duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive EHS experience, including leadership and team management in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Proven success in leading multi-site or enterprise-level EHS programs.
• OSHA 30 certification required; additional certifications a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead the company-wide EHS strategy, ensuring alignment with operational priorities, regulatory compliance, and Menasha’s values.
• Provide strategic oversight and guidance to site-level EHS teams, supporting consistent execution across locations.
• Establish and monitor enterprise safety performance metrics, using data to drive accountability and informed decisions.
• Champion a culture of safety ownership and engagement at all levels of leadership and staff.
• Lead enterprise incident management and investigation protocols with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Oversee regulatory compliance programs (OSHA, EPA, etc.) and ensure audit readiness and timely resolution of findings.
