Join a leading manufacturing organization seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Manager to lead safety and environmental performance at a growing packaging facility. This is a high-visibility leadership role focused on building a strong safety culture, partnering with operations leadership, and driving continuous improvement across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the site's environmental, health, and safety strategy while fostering employee engagement and ownership
• Partner with plant leadership to identify risks, improve safety performance, and develop long-term EHS objectives
• Manage environmental compliance activities, permits, and reporting requirements
• Drive hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident prevention initiatives
• Lead safety training, employee development, and site-wide awareness programs
• Champion continuous improvement efforts and strengthen the facility's overall safety culture
• Collaborate with internal teams, regulatory agencies, and external stakeholders on EHS matters

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of EHS leadership experience within manufacturing, industrial, military, or similar environments, or a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety
• Strong understanding of safety programs, regulatory compliance, and risk management principles
• Experience influencing and coaching employees at all levels of an organization
• Ability to lead change and drive employee engagement around safety and environmental initiatives
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with environmental permitting and regulatory reporting
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation
• Experience within packaging, corrugated, or related manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of hazardous energy control, mobile equipment safety, and pedestrian safety programs
