Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Senior Director of Business Data Strategy to define and execute a comprehensive data strategy across the enterprise. You will partner with executive leadership to implement a data-driven operating model and deliver measurable business outcomes through trusted, accessible data.

This leader will drive governance, analytics, AI enablement, and data modernization, building roadmaps, KPIs, and value realization while promoting data literacy and self-service

Formación

• 8+ years of leadership in data strategy, analytics, digital transformation, or related fields.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale data initiatives across multiple business functions.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive cross-functional change.
• Demonstrated success translating business strategy into data-driven solutions and outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Operations, Technology, or related field.
• MBA, Master's degree, or other advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the enterprise business data strategy aligned with transformation objectives and multi-year roadmap.
• Establish enterprise data governance frameworks, policies, and ownership models.
• Drive analytics capabilities, dashboards, and performance management.
