Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in data strategy, business analytics, digital transformation, consulting, business intelligence, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale data and analytics initiatives across multiple business functions.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive cross-functional change.
• Demonstrated success translating business strategy into data-driven solutions and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise business data strategy aligned with transformation objectives and long-term business priorities.
• Establish a multi-year roadmap for data modernization, governance, analytics, and AI enablement.
• Drive analytics capabilities, dashboards, and performance management frameworks across the enterprise.
• Lead AI-powered decision support, automation, and predictive analytics initiatives for data.
• Promote data literacy and self-service analytics across the organization.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives on data strategy and analytics priorities.
