Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Senior Director of Business Data Strategy to define and execute a comprehensive enterprise data strategy. You will partner with executive leadership to establish a data-driven operating model that unlocks value through trusted data and actionable insights.

You will drive data governance, analytics, AI enablement, and modernization initiatives, building a high-performance team and ensuring alignment with Transformation objectives across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in data strategy, business analytics, digital transformation, or related fields.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale data and analytics initiatives across multiple functions.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive cross-functional change.
• Demonstrated success translating business strategy into data-driven solutions and outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead the enterprise business data strategy aligned with transformation objectives.
• Establish multi-year roadmap for data modernization, governance, analytics, and AI enablement.
• Identify opportunities to leverage data as a strategic asset for growth and productivity.
• Partner with executives to prioritize data initiatives delivering measurable impact.
• Establish enterprise data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
• Develop business data ownership models across functions.
• Drive adoption of data management best practices across the organization.
• Define critical data elements, stewardship responsibilities, and governance processes.
• Drive evolution of analytics capabilities, dashboards, and performance frameworks.
• Champion advanced analytics to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop KPIs, scorecards, and insights for accountability.
• Promote self-service analytics and data literacy enterprise-wide.
• Lead AI-powered decision support and predictive analytics initiatives.
• Scale AI use cases across functions and measure value realization.
• Lead transformation programs to improve forecasting, planning, and execution.
• Build relationships with Finance, HR, Operations, and other functions.
