Job summary

GAF Materials Corp. in Parsippany, NJ, is seeking a Senior Director of Organizational Change Management to lead the enterprise change program for Skyline ERP implementation.

You will own the strategy, drive user adoption, and minimize disruption across functions and geographies. Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, you will build a change muscle, engage executives, design communications, manage training, measure impact with KPIs, and mentor a network of change champions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 15+ years proven experience in change management, with focus on ERP.
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead multiple initiatives.
• Travel requirement: minimum 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop change management strategies and a clear future-state vision.
• Engage executives, functional heads, and employees across geographies.
• Create and execute communication plans to promote understanding and reduce resistance.
• Assess change impact on people, processes, and systems; define mitigation.
• Oversee training and align organizational culture across acquired entities.
• Define KPIs to measure change initiatives and report progress.
