You will partner with executives to shape operating models, drive cross-functional programs, and ensure measurable adoption of strategic initiatives across the enterprise.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic insight, and hands-on delivery to connect change strategies with growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Organizational Development, HR, or Business.
• 10+ years in organizational effectiveness, change management, or enterprise transformation with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise change management and organizational effectiveness strategies for transformation and growth.
• Partner with executives to design org structures, operating models, and workforce initiatives.
• Manage large-scale cross-functional programs from strategy to adoption and results.
• Develop and execute change management plans including communications, training, and readiness.
• Assess org effectiveness and advise on performance, scalability, and productivity.
• Establish enterprise frameworks, governance, and best practices for change and design.
• Coach leaders and HR partners to build enterprise capability and drive initiatives.
• Define and monitor success metrics for adoption and business outcomes.
