Job summary

Daikin Applied seeks a Senior Director who will lead enterprise change management and organizational effectiveness to drive transformational growth. You will partner with executives to design structures, operating models, and workforce transformation initiatives, guiding multi-year programs from strategy through adoption.

You will coach leaders, establish enterprise frameworks, and measure adoption, governance, and business impact across the enterprise. Hybrid work in Plymouth, MN is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• 10+ years progressive experience in organizational effectiveness, change management, or enterprise transformation.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformations and organizational design efforts.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive results without direct authority.
• Familiarity with change methods like Prosci and delivering measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities
