Qualifications

• Experience translating strategic priorities into executable transformation roadmaps and governance.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional programs with multiple milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Strong written and verbal communication, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
• Experience with governance meetings, risk management, and stakeholder follow-through.
• Knowledge of Lean, Agile, stage-gate, change management, and continuous improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Engineering Transformation Office roadmap in Fluid with scope, milestones, owners, risks, and outcomes.
• Apply standard program management processes and governance across the office.
• Coordinate inputs from initiative leaders to ensure complete, consistent portfolio data.
• Track dependencies, decisions, and escalations; support timely resolution.
• Synthesize priorities and capacity to inform prioritization and trade-offs.
• Prepare leadership reporting for Compass reviews and executive meetings.
• Ensure organized program records and collaboration tool data.
