Job summary

Verkada seeks a Senior Business Systems Product Manager to lead the CIO's Business Systems team. You will own the roadmaps across Quote-to-Cash, Attract-to-Hire-to-Retire, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report, balancing partner and internal needs with scalability and ease of use.

You will mentor 6–10 PMs, drive strategic decisions, and ensure systems integration with NetSuite, Workday, and Salesforce while maintaining a strong governance framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, CS, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years in product management or business systems, incl. 3+ years leading managers.
• Experience owning enterprise systems end to end across >1 function.
• Experience with external-facing and internal-facing systems and equal quality standards.
• Experience designing for multiple personas on a shared surface.
• Depth in at least two of: quote-to-cash, record-to-report, procure-to-pay, supply chain, or employee lifecycle.
• Hands-on with Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, or similar.
• Basic SQL, Python, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Strong UI/UX understanding and collaboration with design.
• Experience presenting to executives with roadmaps and make-versus-buy.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build streamlined features for pricing configurations, automated approvals, checkout, payments, and fund requests.
• Recruit and coach PMs to write strong requirements and manage roadmaps.
• Drive product strategy and roadmap for enterprise systems to support growth.
• Define systems roadmap, make-vs-buy decisions, and manage total cost of ownership.
• Partner Ecosystem & vStore: build self-service portal for quoting, order handling, billing.
• Finance: oversee NetSuite order-to-cash and financial close systems.
• Supply Chain: manage inventory, orders, logistics, and integrations.
• Legal & People: automate lifecycle systems and identity provisioning.
• Build SOX-ready controls and data warehouse integrations.
