Job summary

SKIMS seeks a Product Manager, Business Systems to own strategy, roadmap, and performance of core enterprise systems powering inventory, order fulfillment, purchasing, and wholesale operations. You will partner with Engineering to deliver scalable NetSuite ERP solutions and broader ecosystem support.

This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations, translating complex processes into well-designed systems with a strong product mindset and

Qualifications

• 5+ years if Product Management experience supporting enterprise business systems, ERP, supply chain, or operational technology.
• Strong functional understanding of Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, inventory management, and order fulfillment workflows.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience across order management, purchasing, inventory, fulfillment, and related business processes.
• Experience owning products and workflows across integrated enterprise systems, including ERP, EDI, WMS/3PL, and downstream platforms.
• Ability to gather complex business requirements and translate them into scalable product and system designs.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for Business Systems supporting O2C, P2P, inventory and fulfillment workflows.
• Align initiatives to revenue growth, inventory efficiency, and operational scalability.
• Drive a platform mindset across ERP and integrated systems, reducing fragmentation and manual work.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations.
