Job summary

Stagwell in New York is seeking a Director of Business Intelligence to set the strategic vision for enterprise BI initiatives. You will lead data strategies, drive innovation, and enable informed decision-making across the organization through analytics leadership.

You will oversee a multidisciplinary BI team, partner with C-level executives, IT, and finance, promote data literacy, govern data quality, and ensure adoption of BI tools like Power BI and cloud platforms across business units.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a data/BI organization and translate business needs into analytics strategy.
• Strong communication skills with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience driving data governance, data quality, and analytics adoption across an enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise BI strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Oversee the design and implementation of scalable BI solutions using Power BI, SQL, and cloud-based platforms.
• Collaborate with C-level executives and department heads to identify data opportunities and deliver strategic insights.
• Drive data governance, quality, and standardization across all business units.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing BI team, fostering innovation and accountability.
• Champion a data-driven culture by promoting data literacy and self-service analytics.
• Serve as executive sponsor for BI initiatives, ensuring stakeholder engagement and successful delivery.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the impact of BI initiatives on business performance.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new BI technologies to support evolving business needs.
