The role emphasizes building a self-service, AI-enabled analytics culture within a centralized function and collaborating across Data, Governance, and Platform teams to ensure trusted data foundations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on analytics experience with hypothesis-driven analysis and strategic recommendations.
• 4+ years of people management including senior contributors.
• Strong SQL and experience with modern BI tools (Sigma, Tableau, Looker).
• Proficiency in Python or R for analytics tasks.
• Ability to influence VP-level stakeholders and drive analytics transformation.
• Experience in a complex B2B SaaS environment; familiarity with GTM, revenue and product domains.
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts and metric governance.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools to accelerate workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing BI team and coach analysts toward strategic problem framing.
• Partner with senior leaders to define analytical initiatives and frame the right problems.
• Own analytical output quality across key business domains and tie to questions that matter.
• Lead the BI operating model evolution, balancing self-service and centralized work.
• Drive adoption of new BI tooling and self-service capabilities across the organization.
• Embed AI-assisted methods into the team's workflow and validate outputs.
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineering, Data Governance, Data Science, and Data Platform teams.
