Stellantis Financial Services (SFS) seeks a Senior Director, Application Solutions to lead the Application Solutions team. You will define the application strategy, architecture, and development standards, partnering with business and technology leaders to drive innovation and efficiency.

You will oversee governance, reusable design patterns, and KPI-driven performance, while guiding workforce planning, budgeting, and vendor strategies to optimize delivery and outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise application strategy and roadmap.
• Partner with business, product, architecture, data and infra leaders.
• Oversee portfolio architecture, patterns, and tech debt remediation.
• Establish and improve software development methodologies and KPI frameworks.
• Lead workforce planning, vendor management, and delivery outcomes.
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and controls.
