Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services US is seeking a Sr. Product Manager for Enterprise IT & Data to lead fintech product strategy, development, and lifecycle management. You will drive cross-functional efforts across engineering, data, and compliance to deliver scalable auto-finance solutions and enhanced customer experiences.

You will mentor staff, champion data-driven decisions, and align roadmaps with business goals while navigating regulatory requirements and market shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years driving digital transformation and product roadmaps.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Vision and Strategy: define product vision and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the long-term vision and roadmap for auto finance products.
• Identify opportunities by analyzing market dynamics and fintech innovations.
• Lead lifecycle from ideation to post-launch optimization for complex solutions.
• Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and stories.
• Prioritize features based on ROI and strategic alignment.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, data science, sales, marketing, and compliance.
• Partner with executives and dealership partners to align adoption.
• Lead Agile processes with Scrum/Kanban and facilitate ceremonies.
• Mentor junior product managers and drive a culture of innovation.
