Job summary

GuideWell is building an enterprise AI capability to track frontier AI and scale it across a regulated healthcare environment. This role designs, staffs, and stands up the function, reporting to the VP of Applied AI Engineering and Platform, across four pillars: AI Research & Applied Intelligence, Infrastructure & Platform Engineering, Developer Platform, and Architecture, Strategy & Standards.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to shape AI strategy and deliver production-grade, secure AI

Qualifications

Significant experience leading AI/ML platform, infrastructure, or applied AI engineering orgs at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

Establish Guidewell's applied AI research function and translate frontier AI advances into a prioritized roadmap.
Build AI infrastructure and platform capability, including MLOps/LLMOps and production-grade pipelines.
Stand up a developer platform and toolchain for self-service AI capabilities across product and engineering teams.
Define AI architecture and engineering standards to scale safely in a regulated healthcare environment.
Partner with senior stakeholders to shape and evolve AI engineering and research strategy.
