Job summary

GuideWell seeks a Senior AI Developer to build intelligent IDP solutions and scalable cloud-native systems for enterprise-scale unstructured data. You will shape AI-enabled pipelines across concept to deployment, leveraging AWS, Snowflake, and agentic frameworks.

The role combines AI engineering, backend development, and enterprise data architecture, with responsibility for secure data processing, workflow orchestration, and regulatory compliance in healthcare settings.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software development experience with 2+ years in AI/ML or data engineering.
Experience building scalable APIs, microservices, or event-driven systems.

Responsibilities

Develop AI-Enabled IDP solutions: build pipelines that extract, classify, and enrich unstructured data with AI/ML.
Design and implement scalable, secure cloud solutions using AWS, Snowflake, and related services.
Develop autonomous agents using AgentCore and LangGraph to process data with minimal human input.
Design production-grade workflows with orchestration frameworks for reliability and auditability.
Build backend services, APIs, and microservices for document ingestion and processing.
Apply data governance principles, including cataloging, lineage, retention, and HIPAA security.
Mentor engineers and collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to translate requirements.
