Job summary

GuideWell seeks a Senior Generative AI / Platform Engineer to lead the architecture, development, and scaling of an enterprise AI orchestration platform. You will bridge cutting-edge AI research with robust on-prem OpenShift and AWS infrastructure, building resilient GenAI services, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent coordination.

You will design secure microservices in Java/Spring Boot, implement MCP interfaces, and enable tool interoperability across enterprise data silos.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related work experience in AI/ML platform engineering.
• Experience architecting hybrid cloud GenAI platforms with OpenShift/AWS.
• Strong backend with Java/Spring Boot for microservices.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure: design, deploy, and scale GenAI services in a hybrid OpenShift/AWS environment.
• Design and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Build AI Agents with autonomous planning and tool usage.
